Children's Cancer Center
The Children's Cancer Center is an organization dedicated to providing children who have chronic blood disorders with the educational, emotional, and financial support necessary to cope with their life-threatening illnesses.
For 31 years the Children's Cancer Center has worked with the medical and psychosocial staff in hospitals to create a supportive environment for pediatric hematology/oncology patients and their families, striving to Create a sense of normalcy and stability for the children.
The CCC is responsive the the needs expressed by the medical staff, psychosocial staff, patients and family members. Programs and services which are provide free of charge are designed to help educate both patients and families about specific illnesses and to provide financial assistance for emergencies that arise.
