Baker Requirements

Ability to stand fro long periods of time

Ability to lift 35 lbs

The ability to work 3rd shift

Bakers Responsibilities

Pan-up, proofing, scoring, baking & finishing all products to the highest company standards

Evaluate all finished products according to company standards

Assist with managing food cost

Maintain cleanliness standards of the bakers area

Manage the flow/time line according to company standards

Communicate product quality & equipment issues

Assist with the bakery case set-up as needed

Complete bakery checklist with manager
