Covelli Family Ltd. Partnership is an entity formed to develop and manage the franchise rights of Panera Bread bakery cafes in the Tampa Bay area (including Hillsbourgh and Pinellas counties).
Al Covelli has been in the restaurant business since 1959, when he opened his first McDonald's in Warren Ohio. By the age of 38 he was a leading force in the fast-food industry. He eventually retired but his intuition remained vigilant.
